Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. For example, if you order a t-shirt, it will need 3-7 business days of customised time and then 15-20 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 18-27 business days.
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Tailtells is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Tailtells can never guarantee a delivery date.
Taxes & Duties
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent once the order is confirmed, and we will prepare your order immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us early and we will do our best to help.
Tracking Information
- If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to investigate. We will not be responsible for lost packages with “delivered” tracking status.
- After your package is shipped (after 3-7 business days processing time), please allow another 1-2 days for tracking information to update. Please feel free to contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed, or if you have any concerns regarding the shipping status.
Cancellation
We put our best efforts into expediting processing and shipping times, so the time window for changes and cancellation will be relatively short – usually within a couple of hours as you place your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach us at support@tailtells.com as soon as possible.
Possible Delays
The COVID-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volumes - this has created shipping volumes that are taxing logistics networks nationwide, which may cause delays.
The tailtells.com is NOT responsible for:
- Orders marked “delivered” by the courier. Please contact your local Post Office or the courier to obtain information regarding your package.
- Wrong address. We will not be responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address
