REFUND POLICY

Our goal is your satisfaction, not just returns. If there’s an issue with your item, we offer a reshipment or refund without needing you to return the original item. Keep it, no questions asked—we want to make it easy for you.

If your product is defective or doesn’t match the description, simply email us at support@tailtells.com, and we’ll resolve it with a reshipment or refund.

Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or security issues (confirmed by the carrier), we cannot offer a return or refund. Refused deliveries are also ineligible for refunds.

Order Changes: To avoid issues with size or color, please review your order confirmation email within 8 hours. After that, we can't make any changes.

Refund Window: Our reshipment or refund policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we can’t offer a reshipment or refund. During the holiday season, please check your items upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any issues. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    Return Policy

    Since Tailtells products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement. Please refer to our Reshipment & Refund Policy and file a complaint via Contact Us. Our customer service team is here to assist you!

    If your item is:

    • Significantly different from the description or sample
    • Not what you ordered

    Return Responsibility:

    • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
    • If there is a quality issue with the product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    Please note that product images may vary slightly due to lighting or screen display. Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee exact availability. Please allow for slight differences between the advertised image and the actual item.

    If the issue is significant, we may choose to reship the item. The original product can be kept at your discretion.

    To file a complaint, please provide the following details:

    • Order number
    • Photo or video of the faulty product
    • Full delivery address
    • Contact phone number

    Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    If you return your order without contacting our Customer Support team, and it doesn’t meet our requirements, we won’t be able to process a refund.

    How to Change or Cancel My Order?

    If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing the order. After that, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be modified.
