- Order Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process (excluding holidays).
- Standard Shipping: Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes 8-15 business days. On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 8-15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select.
- Premium Shipping: If you'd like to receive your order sooner, we offer premium shipping for an additional fee of $15.99. Premium shipping usually takes 5-8 business days. If you need premuim shipping, please contact us.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin processing it right away. You can check specific processing times on each product page, so be sure to review those details before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
If there haven’t been any updates to your tracking information for 14 days, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@tailtells.com. Our customer service team is happy to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

Absolutely! You can usually change the shipping address as long as your order hasn't been packaged and labeled for shipping. Please reach out to us as soon as you can, and we'll do everything we can to make the change for you. Our team is here to help! However, please note that once the package has been shipped, we're unable to change the shipping address. Thanks for your understanding!
We have a straightforward shipping policy to ensure transparency and simplicity for our customers. A flat shipping fee of $5.99 is applied to all orders, regardless of the order amount. This allows us to consistently provide reliable delivery service across the United States. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Orders & Payment
At Tailtells, we create personalized products that are printed on demand. This means that once production begins, changes can't be made. To ensure everything is just right, please reach out to us within 8 hours of placing your order if you need to make any modifications or wish to cancel. During this window, cancellations are fully refundable. However, if you decide to cancel after the 8-hour mark but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Personalization & Customization
If you want to delete items from your cart, please click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the product page. In the cart, you can click the minus sign next to the quantity box to remove the items.
We offer two options to ensure you get exactly what you want: we can create a custom design for you, or you can upload your own photo for the design.

Once you’ve completed your customization, you can click the "Preview Your Personalization" button above the "Add to Cart" button to review your details before actually placing the order and make sure everything is correct.
You may not be able to send images at this time for the following reasons:
Network Issues: If your Internet connection is unstable or slow, it may cause image upload failures.
Temporary Issues: Occasionally, we may encounter temporary technical issues, which may be caused by server failures or other reasons.
