My order was processed and shipped promptly. The recipient loved it. I have only one problem that almost lost the sale. My card was declined multiple times even though I checked with my bank to be sure there was no problem. I even tried multiple cards. You may want to check your system. Your shirt was special enough that I continued trying and it finally went through. The item was worth the trouble!
